Lake Nyasa is called to become one of the most attractive tourist destinations in East Africa. The mountains surrounding the lake are home to coffee and tea plantations, animal reserves -Liparamba Game Reserve, only 102 kms from Mbamba (about 3 hours in our camperized Land Cruiser), is home to huge herds of elephants that continually migrate from Selous to the Nyasa reserve in Mozambique- and virgin forests. The lake hides secret beaches where you can camp with our tents and enjoy the unique experience of dining under the stars and sleeping in front of the shore. We can organize snorkelling excursions, picnics or simply a walk to discover the coast of Mbamba. A ride in one of our wooden canoes early in the morning will help you understand the true concept of anti-stress life. And in case you want to experience a real and affordable safari to the southern parks (we know very well Ruaha and Mikumi) just let us know.
